We collect what you type into a form or into the chat, and ordinary server logs. There is no analytics, no advertising and nothing sold. Here is exactly what that means.

Scope and contact
This policy covers bell-litho.com. It does not cover the BLIS ordering portal or the other client applications, which sit on their own addresses, carry their own logins, and handle data under whatever terms govern that client relationship.

What we collect
Only what you type into a form, plus ordinary web server logs. There is no account to create and nothing is collected in the background.

The server logs are the web server’s own records. They are kept for troubleshooting and security, not analyzed for marketing, and they are not tied to anything you submit.
We do not ask for, and have no use for, payment card numbers, Social Security numbers or other government identifiers through this site.
Cookies and tracking
One thing on this site comes from somewhere else: the live chat window in the corner. It is run for us by tawk.to, and it is the only third party involved in your visit. It sets cookies and it knows which page you are on, so we would rather spell out what it does than leave you to find out.
- The chat widget sets three cookies in your browser: twk_idm_key, TawkConnectionTime, and a twk_uuid_ identifier for this site. It also writes two entries to local storage and one to session storage
- It loads its code from embed.tawk.to and opens a session with va.tawk.to. Both happen when the page loads, whether or not you ever open the chat
- Nothing else on the site comes from anywhere but bell-litho.com. Every other script, style sheet, image and font is served from this domain, and the Inter typeface is bundled at build time, so your browser never contacts Google for it
- No page and no form handler of ours returns a set cookie header. Apart from the chat widget, nothing is written to your browser
- There is no analytics product, no advertising pixel and no tag manager. We do not run Google Analytics, and nothing here feeds an advertising profile
- There is no reCAPTCHA. The forms are protected by a hidden field and simple scoring on our own server
Beyond the chat widget, the only outside addresses on the site are ordinary links you have to click: a Google Maps link on our address, and the health plan machine-readable files link in the footer. Following either takes you to that company’s site, under their privacy policy, not ours.
None of this is used to track you between sites or to advertise to you. The chat cookies exist so the widget can recognise a conversation already in progress. If you would rather not have them, blocking third-party scripts or clearing site data removes them; the rest of the site works normally without the chat.
How we use it, and who sees it
We use what you send to answer you and to quote, produce and deliver the work. Nothing more.
What you submit is emailed to Bell Litho staff and handled by the people working on your enquiry or your job. Quote requests go to our general enquiry address; file submissions go to the person you select on the form, with a copy to the staff who administer the system. Chat messages reach whichever of us is at the chat console, and the conversation stays in our tawk.to account afterwards.
We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it for anyone else’s marketing.
Apart from the chat, the site sends nothing to a third party. Form submissions travel over our own mail server rather than an outside email service, and uploaded files are stored on our own server. There is no analytics provider, advertising network or marketing platform receiving anything from this site.
tawk.to is a processor for us: they run the chat software and hold the conversations on our behalf, and they are not permitted to use what passes through it for their own purposes. What they do with the data they handle is set out in their own privacy policy at tawk.to/privacy-policy. If you would rather not involve them, use the quote form, email or the phone instead; they all reach the same people.
Two ordinary exceptions apply, as they would for any business. We may share information with vendors who help deliver a specific job, such as a carrier or mailing partner, limited to what that job requires. And we may disclose information where the law requires it.

Security, your choices, and changes
Security. The site is served over HTTPS, so what you type and the files you upload are encrypted in transit. Uploads are held in a non-public location on our own server and reached only through a one-time link. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
Your choices. Write to inquiry@bell-litho.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, and we will respond. That includes chat transcripts. There is no marketing list to unsubscribe from: this site does not sign you up for anything, and neither submitting a form nor opening the chat adds you to a mailing list.
Children. This is a business-to-business site, not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes. If this policy changes we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. Material changes deserve more than a quiet edit.
